Please note that the Wanless Online Store for registrations, the Gametime Court Booking software, and the broadcast emails are 3 entirely separate systems. They have nothing to do with each other, so your email address and login information for one has nothing to do with the information for the other. Please read this page to familiarize yourself with our systems.



The Online Store

  1. The store doesn't recognize my email / my emails changed / I can't log into the store!

    Each member household has 1 store account which has 1 master email. That email which is used as your login ID to the store might belong to someone else in your family. It might be an email that you no longer use. Please contact the membership department if you don't know your login ID.
  2. I didn't get my confirmation

    All confirmations, tax receipts and Gametime IDs are emailed to the master email account listed for the household. Please check that address for your confirmations.
  3. I forgot my password to the store

    Click the link on the sign-in page that says "Password Forgotten, Click Here" then enter your registered email address on the next page and a new password will be sent to you. If you no longer have access to that email you will need to contact the membership department.
  4. I'd like to change the password I've been given

    After you've logged in, click the link on the top of the page - My Account, then select Change My Account Password from the options on the page. Fill in your current password, then the new password, and your password will be changed.
  5. I can't remember if I already registered my membership or a particular lesson

    Go to My Account, then select the option under My Orders, View the Orders I have Made . It will contain your complete purchase history. To check membership status you can click on Manage Family Information and it will tell you if each indifidual is a member or not.
  6. I selected Returning Membership, selected my name and clicked submit but it keeps returning me to the page

    You're probably trying to purchase something you are not eligible for. If you just opened a new account you will have to select a New Membership. If you're trying to purchase a lesson that requires membership, you need to pay for the membership first before you will be able to purchase the lesson.
  7. NOTE: Please don't open a new account if you are a returning member, you already have an account. If you don't know your ID contact the membership department and request it.

The Gametime Court Booking Software

  1. How come my Gametime username and password from last year doesn't work?

    All Gametime information needs to be regenerated every year as we have a large number of new members and not yet registered returning members. Therefore you need to go through the initial signup every season - sorry.

    Shortly (see #2) after you register, an email titled Wanless Gametime Registration - IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS will be sent to the master email for your household's account at the store. Please follow those instructions to set up your Gametime profile for this season.
  2. I registered but I still haven't received my ID

    After you pay for your membership, the information still has to go to the membership department where a real human needs to send the information to you and to Gametime. It could take anywhere from a few minutes up to 36 hours for that process to complete, depending on circumstances. We thank you for your patience.

Emails and Contact Information

  1. Can you change my contact information / email / telephone?

    It's much faster and easier on us if you could update your own information. There are 2 things you need to change.

    Change your store ID. If you have any information changes concerning your store account you should login to your store account and change them there by selecting Manage Family Information from the lefthand menu. That will ensure that confirmations and IDs will get sent to the right address, and your phone numbers will be correct in the directory.

    You also need to change the email address for receiving newsletters . You can do that by clicking the Profile link at the bottom of any Wanless News email. This will take you to a page where you can change the email address for receiving news.
  2. I'm not getting the email newsletters / houseleague registration openings / social event notices

    You need to make sure your email is registered to receive the news. Go to the mailing list page to confirm your registered email address. You can also change your existing email subscription.

    Check your junkmail folders, also consider adding wanlesstennis.com to your email whitelist or address book. The various email providers (rogers, bell, gmail, yahoo) have web-based ways to do this.

    Many institutions such as banks, schoolboards, and other enterprises aggressively filter any broadcast emails. Consider using another email address such as gmail, hotmail, yahoo for tennis club communications.

    Lastly contact your IT department or service provider and complain.

The Bulletin Board - House League registrations

  1. My password doesn't work when I try to register for house league

    You don't need a password to register for houseleague. That information is posted on the bulletin board which doesn't require a login to read. Just read the information for the house league you want to join, click the link at the bottom of the post and you will be taken to the registration form. No password required.

Refund Policy

  1. There is a $50 administration fee levied on any cancelled memberships.
  2. For lesson programs there are no refunds although you may credit the amount towards another lesson or camp program.
