New for 2025! Juniors Int-Advanced |
3 courts are reserved for what is expected to be a prominent group on the Wanless courts. The idea is to minimize thinking as a parent as to which group would suit your child best; simply sign them up and we will do an assessment on the first day and group the kids accordingly. We noticed that some of the Rallying Champs were similar to Teen Advanced and some Green Aces were also on the cusp. If your child is too old for Green Aces and has experience, this would be a good fit; if your child was a Rallying Champ or Teen Advanced this can also work; if your child was a Teen Starter but has worked on their game and they can rally and are keen this can also be an option. We have 3 courts and will split the kids accordingly giving everyone flexibility. This will have a mix of drills to work on technique, reception skills to develop rallying skills and point play with emphasis on scoring and learning to compete. | Ages 11-16 | Mon/Wed 4-5 PM
Recreational Advanced | Kids that have played several years; have tennis fundamentals; love playing games and are in the early stages of competing. Offering increased court time and quality of instruction for higher level kids. | Ages 12-14 | Tues/Thurs 4-6 PM
High Performance | Kids that participate in Jr Teams, Interclub and potentially OTA level tournaments. Have experience and years of playing. Can rally comfortably and incorporate all the shots in their game. Increased court time (2hr sessions) and quality of instruction for the higher-level kids. | Ages 14-17 | Mon/Wed 5-7 PM |
