GameTime & Booking Courts

gametime logo As always, Wanless tennis courts are booked through our online booking software, GameTime, which allows six (6) day advance court booking. All members, even returning members, need to setup their GameTime profile every season to book courts. Your login and password from last year will not work.

Each member in your household who wants to book their own courts will need to set up their GameTime profile using the GameTime ID assigned to them. GameTime IDs are available in your Wanless On-line Store Account. To retrieve your 2023 GameTime ClubNumber (aka ID) and register with GameTime to book courts, follow the steps on this page.

Setup Notes

As you go through the “First Time User” setup steps, you can you can choose to re-use your login and password from previous years.
By default your email and phone are displayed in the member list so other members can find you. If you would prefer to not have those listed you can turn them off in your Gametime profile.

Please also take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the booking rules.

Please cancel your booking if you are unable to play. Failure to show up for your booked court time will result in your booking privileges being suspended for 7 days.
