Cancelling Court Bookings If You Cannot Play

Hi everyone,

We hope everyone is enjoying being back on the courts after many weeks without tennis!

Unfortunately we've noticed a troubling trend in our first week that we would like to address. In the last week, at least ten members have had their booking privileges suspended for failing to show up for their scheduled court time. We understand that plans change but we ask that everyone be courteous to their fellow members by cancelling bookings as soon as you are aware that you will not be able to play. This practice maximizes the ability of other members to use that court time. As we all know, court time is the Club's most precious resource.

You can cancel your booking by deleting your reservation on GameTime or by emailing or by calling the Clubhouse at 416-483-4546.

Any members who do not show up for their booked court time will have their booking privileges suspended for seven days. There will be no exception to this rule. Repeat offenders will be penalized with a series of escalating suspensions ultimately resulting in possible revocation of your membership.

We ask that everyone familiarize themselves with the Member Responsibilities at the bottom of the Court Booking Rules and Regulations webpage.

Thanks for your cooperation!
