Due to the on-going air quality advisory that is in effect for Toronto and the GTA we will be making day-by-day decisions regarding Wanless Tennis programming. Any lesson/clinic cancellations will be communicated directly to those who are registered. Our decisions are guided by the fact that our Pros and instructors typically work several hours back to back, which is a very different exposure than a member who may play for only an hour.
Note the courts remain open for booking by members, who can decide for themselves whether it is appropriate to play during the air quality advisory.
Of special note:The French Open Adult social on Saturday June 10 from noon to 2 PM will go forward as planned, although the Pro-led portion may or may not proceed. Any members who have already registered who no longer want to participate should e-mail John Chenoweth at [email protected] to cancel.
House Leagues (Tuesday daytime and Wednesday evening) will proceed. Anyone scheduled to play who no longer wishes to participate should make arrangements for a spare to replace them with as much notice as possible by filling out a spare request form.
