Adult Daytime Doubles Drop-Ins

Lucky enough to have some daytime freedom for tennis? The new Thursday morning adult drop-in has been very well received. No registration is necessary, just show up and a volunteer will assign you to a court. Shuffles will occur every half hour. Program runs Thursdays from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM on courts 4 and 5.

Friday Night Lights - Adult Round Robin

Two courts are reserved at 7 and 8 PM for round robin play. Intermediate members (self rating of 3.0 – 3.5) are encouraged to register for 7 PM play, advanced players (self rating of 4.0 – 4.5) should register for 8 PM play.

Spots are available on a first-registered, first served-basis. There is no charge for the round robin matches.

Friday night programs require pre-registration because this is a popular court time for the club and if the programs don’t fill, we release the courts mid-afternoon Friday for regular member use. We can accommodate 4 – 6 players per court for the round robin drop in.

For more information and weekly registration, go to our website.

Friday Night Lights - Live Ball

Payment of $20.00 per player will be made ten minutes before the start time at the courts using credit card or tap enabled device.

Donate to Philpott Children’s Tennis Fund

We encourage the community to support the Doug Philpott Inner-City Children’s Tennis Fund. You can do this by purchasing a donation in our on-line store. You will receive a charitable receipt at the end of the year from the Fund. Since 1991, the Philpott Children’s Tennis Fund has helped introduce Toronto’s inner-city children to tennis. Founded out of a desire to honour the memory of Doug Philpott – one of the great folk heroes of Canadian tennis – the Fund provides free lessons, from qualified coaches and instructors, to kids throughout Toronto’s diverse neighbourhoods. For more information, see our website.
