Saturday Junior Match Play

Hi Junior Members,

Junior Match Play will start this Saturday, June 19. Junior Match Play is for members who are interested in playing more matches and competitive points. The program is offered to all junior levels (age 7-18 years old), from Novice to High Performance.

Unlike clinics which focus on technique, coaches will primarily concentrate on the players’ decision-making skills and positioning on the court. Participants will have the opportunity to play different players of similar levels, work on match strategy, and improve their competitive edge.

Details:

Targeted to players who have at least some point/match experience.
Sign up will be on a weekly basis.
Two sessions will be offered: 10 - 11:30 AM & 11:30 - 1 PM. Players will be divided between sessions based on age and ability.
Total of 24 slots available, 12 per session (max of 4 players per court).
Payment of $20 per player will be made at the courts on Saturday morning using credit card (tap technology) at the court. We expect high demand for this program - expectation is you will attend, if confirmed. No-shows will impact the ability for teaching professionals to properly plan the session.
Sessions will be run by Wanless Tennis Pros, led by Cyprien Tacq.
