Hi everyone,
We wanted to provide an update regarding scheduled instructional programming. The following clinics & programming are currently on hold:
The Province has indicated instructional programming will be allowed once we enter Phase 1 on the new phased opening plan. Registration is still open, although only limited quantities are available due to high demand. As the timing for entering Phase 1 is uncertain, we are not cancelling these programs at the current time. The Club intends to run partial sessions if we are able to.
The Club will fully refund all instructional fees after the last day of scheduled programming. In the event a partial session is run, pro-rata refunds will be issued.
The current provincial guidelines should allow for Summer Camps to run as planned. We will provide more information on Summer Camps as we receive it.
