Wanless Tennis is an approved Toronto Cardio Tennis location. Cardio Tennis is a high-energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full-body, calorie-burning aerobic workout.   • Level: All levels are welcome.
  • Capacity: There will be up to 8 people in this program.
  • Cost for Friday session (5 classes): $85 for members, $110 for non-members.
  • Cost for Mon/Wed sessions (10 classes): $160 for members, $185 for non-members.
  • We also offer a FlexPack of any 10 classes in 2017: $220 for members, $270 for non-members.

  • In Cardio Tennis, a Certified Tennis Professional will feed you balls based on your ability and fitness level.
  • Cardio Tennis is fun, you get fit and you also improve your tennis skills.
  • Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases, resulting in “Heart Pumping Fitness”.
