Workout with Cardio Tennis

Wanless Tennis is an approved Toronto Cardio Tennis location. Cardio Tennis is a high-energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full-body, calorie-burning aerobic workout.   • Level: All levels are welcome.
  • Capacity: There will be up to 8 people in this program.
  • Cost for all sessions (5 classes): $90 for members / $115 for non-members.
  • We also offer a FlexPack of any 10 classes in 2020: available only to members, $225.

  • In Cardio Tennis, a Certified Tennis Professional will feed you balls based on your ability and fitness level.
