On the right hand side just beneath the welcome line you will see a link Lost Your Password -> Click Here.
That will start the password reset process. You will need to submit your name and the address that you receive tennis club mail at. For security reasons the validation procedure is a two step process.
1. First you will receive an email with a verification code. You click the link in the email and enter the new code.
2. Secondly you will receive an email with a new password which you can use to sign in.
If you wish you can then go to your User CP and select a password of your own choosing.
