Cardio Tennis 2012
Wanless Tennis is an approved Toronto Cardio Tennis location for the 2012 season.
Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout. Taught by a teaching professional, Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases. If you are looking for a great new way to get in shape and to burn calories, you must try Cardio Tennis. Cardio Tennis is the 3rd way you can play tennis.
A limited number of loaner heart monitors are available for those without. Classes sizes vary from 4 to 10 participants.
