Wanless Cardio Tennis
Wanless Tennis is an approved Cardio Tennis site for the upcoming 2010 season. This very popular program has classes scheduled throughout the season. All skill and fitness levels can be accommodated within the cardio format.
A limited number of loaner heart monitors are available for those without. Classes sizes vary from 4 to 10 participants.
Cardio Tennis Outline
- Cardio Tennis is a new, fun, group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high-energy workout.
- Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases resulting in "Heart Pumping Fitness".

Cardio Flexpack
For those who have variable schedules you can purchase a book of 10 Cardio passes for $160. These can be used for any cardio class during the 2010 season. You would need to confirm your attendance 48 hrs prior to the class.
